BHEL Vigilance-Online Complaint System

Instruction -
  • • This system can be used-
    • i) To lodge a complaint regarding corruption, malpractice or misconduct on the part of any stakeholder of the company.
      ii) To provide any feedback/ suggestion concerning functioning of the company.

  • • Complaint should be specific with relevant details like NIT no. and date etc. in case of purchase related complaint.
  • • Correct name and address of the complainant are mandatory for processing the Complaint.
  • • Action could be taken against persons making false complaints {refer Clause no., Volume-I of CVC Vigilance Manual (Edition-VI)}
  • • Anonymous/Pseudonymous Complaint will not be entertained.
  • • For registering a complaint, mobile number is required to receive OTP.
